Company History
The Marco Polo brand is a trademark registered under the company Golden Pacific Foods. In 1992 the company founder Jim Tsai sought to ease the import of Asian Food. Other than that, there is not a lot of information in regards to this company. Nevertheless, if you grew up in California as a Asian kid, chances are you have eaten food imported by this company.

The taste of the Shrimp Snacks is light yet greasy. It has a porous texture that gives off a crunch. If you let it sit in your mouth it will slowly dissolve.
Flavor wise, it has a shrimp flavor to it. Other version will have tones of bbq or sour cream. They all taste pretty good.
